Hello my name is Lisa Im going through a painful divorce due to physical and verbal abuse.  Aim a single mother of 3, two boys ages 4,5 and 11 year old girl. Aim 26 years old and had  have to start from scratch. I have been living off my income taxes, but running dry on income. I been desperately looking for a job but because of the recession have had no luck. My estranged husband took the car away from me and our kids and have been with no transportation. Family has helped a little but can no longer help me financially. I'm  at the end of the roop, and cant afford to pay my rent completely because I need four hundred and fifty dollars more to complet my rent.  My kids and I do not have a place to go to if i cant not find help to pay for the rent by the first of the may. My family will not take  my kids or I in if I lose my apartment. I tried community resources but they did not have a program that will help me. If anyone could please help me with information or monetary I will be very grateful and appreciative. Thank you

I have come across two programs that are HONEST that can help those in need with mortgage help.  In fact one of them is helping me save my own house. I happen to be using the first program and going through my own mortgage company to do so.

My suggestion would be to first contact them and ask them if there are any new programs that can help you save your house.  My mortgage company said that this program (makign home affordable) wasn't available until May 1 so one never knows until they ask.  I wish each and every one of you the best of luck.

My home of the past 6 yrs. is in forecosure, but I can make a $50,000 payment to save a home that is worth $145,000 free and clear. Will be glad to use home as collateral and am open to all terms and suggestions. Loans in this credit crunch are next to impossible to obtain-----HELP !!!!!!!!!!

Need $15,000 to save my home. We were having some financial problems, but are starting to see things turn around. But we still have a ways to go. Any help is greatly appreciated. I know that once we are back on track we plan on helping others.

 My name is Chuck Seastrand and I have a beautiful wife and 2 great daughters, I lost my job last July and had to go on disability, I have Chronic Obstuctive Pulmonary Disease, I am on an oxygen machine approx. 18 hours a day. all my life I have always tried to do the right things for the right reasons, We have always helped others. We never expected this. And now I am asking for any Help I can find, I'm behind on the payments on our home, I have sold off almost everything I had of value, just to try and keep it. we really don't have any place else to go. I would even try and sell it if the housing market wasn't so bad, the realtor said i can't get what I owe, we just need some time.......... I wish you knew myself and my family, and you would know all that we have given and then you would realize how hard it is to ask for Help.

 I undestand some may doubt, some may care, some may even help. what ever you choose, give your family a big hug when you see them and remember it could all be different tomorrow.

Ive alwaysbeen the one to help everyone and now its seems im the one in need of help .i woke up this morning to a court notice from my aunt .shes trying to take my house ,i gave her ten grand and i owe her 15 more we had an agreement but she found out the house [witch is small and in need of alot of work even with everything ive put into it ] is worth alot more money than they thoughtit was so now their trying to force me to sell .im gonna try to sell everything i own but im not sure ill have enough.cant get a loan my son is disabled and i had to be at home alot for himwork odd jobs when i can .i dont know what else i can do ,dont want to end up on the streets.oh did i forget to mention that theyre so bad of f , my uncle retired a patton lawyer .i just wish i kew some way to fix this

Hello, I am not looking for a miracle as i have lost faith there is such a thing. All i ask is that you look within the kindness of your heart and help me save my home from forclosure. I am going through a very nasty, unhappy divorce and my spouse refuses to pay any of our outstanding bills or our $2500 per month mortgage. i am currently Ill and cannot work or afford to come up with the shortfall,  I need ti raise as much money as i can as soon as possible or else i will be forced out into the street. This divorce is devestating and my spouse refuses to help. They want me to fail as punishment for the divorce. Please, any amount of money you can offer woud be greatly appreciated.
